Restoran Sup Urat Keting Satay

Or better known as Satay UK is quite a famous one in Bangi. The restaurant's specialty is the soup called Sup Urat Keting which recipe is originally from Kelantan. So they said keting which is a Kelantanese terms for urat kaki lembu berwarna putih dan disaluti lemak erk!

No, I'm not so into those weird urat2 but these satay are remarkably superb!

Checking out the house that my collegue bought somewhere in Bandar Enstek....so impressing! New, big and totally comfortable for a family...Jauh panggang dari api compared to mine...huuuu....it's okay, at least we've got our very own home no matter small or big...

As an avid reader of this mag, I've been searching for the 15th Mac issue for days but all were sold out in KL. So frustrating to miss even an issue. The current one are selling like hotcakes most probably because the coverage on the famous Yusry-Lisa Surihani's wed. I was too busy to keep track on their wed...heeee but am so happy finally I found one in Putrajaya while stopping for breakfast.

Ohhhh! Tganu's Famous Keropok Lekor Is In Da House!

Ohhhhhh! Cannot resist the temptations of this hard to get the original keropok lekor all the way from Terengganu! My fav! Thank you daddy's friend for giving this to us. An unpregnant woman finally can satisfy her fatty cravings...there goes the diet...no to fried mee but yes to this one!

How I wish one day we'll be able to put our own feet in Terengganu and get our hands on all these! Yummmmmmmmmm2

Prawn Fried Mee for Daddy

Since there's still a stock of mee, prawn and veggie, I decided to cook a simple fried mee for daddy's dinner. Looks yummy but have to control myself from joining him. A heavy meal for dinner is not good for my fatty body (^_^)

Ariana Restaurant Cyberjaya

Currently in Putrajaya since yesterday with groupmates, working of course. It's quite hard to find eating spot here. Nothing in walking distance and need to drive. So today, try to find the CBD Perdana building where my favorite Arab Restaurant called Saba Restaurant is located. So dissapointed when arrived. It only opens after 2 p.m. on Fridays maybe for Friday prayers. Had no other choice other than a mamak restaurant, Secret Recipe and an Iranian restaurant called Ariana so we opted to try for the Iranian food. End up paying RM19 per person! I would prefer Saba I guess. Expensive but worth it....

Broken Again!

What to say...are my babies are getting heavier or too brutal? There goes their bed. A good reason to stay in bed with mummy and daddy.

Sony Tablet

Even Sony has introduced its own tablet. Just checking the new gadget out while @ Ikano. My work currently need me to bring over almost all my gadget in order to work efficiently. Report need to be prepared on the spot. Photos taken need to be transferred immediately to the lappie so bringing the dslr, lappie and all the documents is quite a burden. Daddy keep suggesting me to buy an ipad if I want a tablet but to me it's not really convenient for work since it has no usb port and cannot use mouse. I'm not really good in just scrolling and tapping the screen. A mouse is compulsory to me. Without a usb port, how I'm going to transfer the report from and to my groupmates.

Also been eyeing on the Mac BookAir, the absolutely thin version with only 1 kg in weight but it would be a waste since I already had pinkie and it costs almost the same like pinkie when I bought it 4 years ago. Well, if I'm rich and my money grows on trees, of course I'll just grab it. It cost RM3,099 by the way. Cool, stylish, lightweight but not really lightweight to my pocket...heeeee

We'll see. I guess I'll just use whatever I have and hopefully the need to bring all my gadgets are not too frequent...Need to bear with it...

My Sofa Cover Is Now In Pink!

We're currently @ Ikea checking out what's interesting since Ikea are having sale from 8-25 Mac 2012. I was so excited to find this! My wishlist was to buy a new sofa cover in red since my red one has faded eventually after almost 5 years using it. But back then they only sell it together with the sofa and since I already had one daddy won't approve to buy exactly the same sofa just for the sake of pink. Almost jumping seeing this and of course without thinking much, I just grab it! Anything for pink! Daddy's gonna faint with mummy's addiction to pink....

Ohhhhh I'm so happy! Anything in pink makes me happy! ^_^

Finally, it's mine. While @ Midvalley with a collegue just checking the price of the massaging machine and asked daddy is it okay to buy it and he said...go on and just take it! Yeay! It gonna help ease my body aching problem...no more using bare hands! It was priced @ RM159 btw...

The Procedure To Apply for Half Pay Full Time Study

Since many has been asking me on how do I apply to further study full time with half pay (one of the benefit that we get for being a government servant), here is the details for those with grade Sokongan aka 40 and below (above grade 40 is considered as Professionals):

1. Apply for admission to universities first via UPU online whatsoever for any courses from any university but it must be recognized by the Government of Malaysia. You can check the recognization @ http://pengiktirafan.jpa.gov.my/

2. The application for study leave shall be made after getting an offer from the University. The offer letter must be submitted together with the Study Leave Application Form and related documents such as letter from the Head Department approving/supporting our leave to further study full time. The application must be sent to our Human Resource Department specifically Bahagian Tajaan dan Perkhidmatan for processing and the HR will forwarded it to Public Service Department aka Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) for final consideration and approval.

3. Once you received the letter approving your study leave from JPA, only then you can proceed to register as a student.

Finally, your Finance Department will proceed to process your full pay to half pay once complete documentation received from the HR Department.



All the best in being a student, pursuing dreams and living life with a half pay for years to come (^_^). It's not gonna be easy but all the sacrifices, tears and hardship will be all worth it for the sake of upgrading ourselves for a much better future.

p/s : However, the benefit to further study full time with half pay for Kakitangan Sokongan is only for pursuing Certificate, Diploma or Degree only.
