Kobis Masak Lemak Putih

Cooking again today, preparing lunch hour dishes quite early in the morning since daddy has no problem having a heavy breakfast. Plus it would be a heaven for him unlike mummy who prefers leaner breakfast.

Since I mistakenly asked daddy to buy kobis instead of bunga kobis yesterday for tomyam, goggled the recipe in order to finish the so big kobis in store.

Forgot the recipe source but tq to those who providing this simple but delicious recipe...


BAHAN-BAHAN :

500 grm kobis
2 cawan santan
2 biji bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 genggam ikan bilis-rendam sekejap
Garam secukup rasa

* Boleh ditambah sedikit air jika kuah terlalu pekat

CARA MEMASAK :

1. Bersihkan sayur kobis serta dipotong kemudian kupas semua bawang dan dimayang halus.

2.Masukkan santan dan bawang kedalam periuk bersama ikan bilis .Masak kuah santan ini sampai mendidih kemudian masukkan semua sayur kobis tadi serta garam . Kacau semua bahan dan bila sayur masak boleh la ditutup api dapur.
