Bandung Day 1

Arrived in Bandung @ 3.00 p.m. local time. A two hour journey from KL.


Check in @ Pop Hotel. Taxi fare from airport to Pop = 50,000 rupiah approximately RM15. Washed up, solat and then off to find lunch cum dinner. Starving since I only had cekodok jagung for breakfast this morning. Thought I will find time to eat somewhere in KL Sentral or LCCT but we were rushing. The bus took off late in order to make sure there's no empty seats (profit oriented of course) and we barely arrived in LCCT on time. Only had Hot & Roll while waiting for the flight.


Our dinner @ Festival Link Food Court. I had Nasi Liwet with Ayam Penyet @ 25,500 rupiah / RM8 and it was really delicious I guarantee you. Despite the weird soup...a plain, sweet soup with a bit of corn and kacang panjang in it. And the meal also comes with tauhu and tempe. The ayam bakar taste superb so do the sambal...lips kicking hot! The rice came in a pot with ikan bilis and cili padi on top of it.

And I was jumping for joy buying their 500ml @ 3,000 rupiah which turns out to be only RM0.30!


After dinner we rushed to find Indonesia's prepaid card in order to contact families in Malaysia and as for me, of course to activate my internet data plan. Can't live without that. How am I going to updates on the go and whatsapp people ^_^

So much of technology junkie...

We bought Simpati pulsa (prepaid) card @ 100,000 rupiah, approximately RM30.

Settled the communication issue and then off to the supermarket to stock off my water supplies.

Thank God that our hotel is attached to the mall, so easy for us to get food and other supplies.

Will review on that one in the next entry...

Bandung, Here I Come!!!

Bawa daku pergi...lari2 laju kita lari dari realiti...lalalalaaaaa...so the much awaited day has finally come ^_^

We're going to Bandung!!! Over excited sorry, being first timer ^_^


My trip partners...mommies but I don't really care much as long as we can get along and be happy together...there's no such things as age differences for me. I'm acting as their tour guide...ahaksss!


Check in via phone..use your canggih phone to the max please! Download Air Asia app and easily check in via the app. They'll send you a barcode. Go to the AA booth @ LCCT, tayang your for for the machine to scan and tadaaaa your boarding pass will be printed. As easy as that. Or if you can't check in via phone, just go directly to the check in machine and type all the info the machine want and also after few enter tab, tadaaaa your boarding pass is 'born' ^_^

So simple as ABC...


My luggage weight, 13 kg from the max 15kg that I've purchased...bawak batu ke aper nih?! Well, it's full of express food and mineral water just in case it's hard to get food supply there ^_^ sediakan payung sebelum hujan that is...

Dinner @ Belanga The Gardens, Midvalley

So we were off to Midvalley after work to go to the money changer. The trip is only in 2 days and I haven't got my IDR or Rupiah it is.

Daddy treat me to Belanga for dinner. Being me who is not a heavy eater when it comes to dinner, I just opt for their Ais Campur and Cucur Udang. While daddy of course with his rice, Nasi Kerabu it is.

A kampung menu yet at a pricey price but it taste good.

A millionaire for 5 days ^_^

I wonder whether RM1.5k is enuff...it's shopping heaven ok.

Freak no more, if you are worried about carrying too much money just activate your ATM and credit card for international used during your stay.

Bandung do have Maybank which they named it BII there and CIMB ATM so just activate for international use by going to the ATM machines or call the bank directly.

Travel Plug For Bandung Trip

Just got back from my 4 days Intro to IPSAS course and here I am today in the office finishing what ever in hand before I start my one week off. Yeayyyy!!! The time has finally come after 4 months of waiting...wonder how those who wait for a year to fly eh? Am so excited!

Being me am always busy with official duty, there's still things that I haven't got or prepare for this trip. I don't even have the time to go to the money changer yet, today after office maybe.

And there's this thing that keep bothering my mind...universal travel adapter for this trip. From the research that I have done, it seems that they used different plug there and of course I'm panicking! I cannot live without my phone off being a crazy photog maniac ^_^

Did buy one in Low Yatt few weeks ago but it turns out not the one. Ask daddy to find one while I was away attending course but he didn't find it too.



So who I turn to? Of course my friend whom I called Mr. Gadget ^_^

Contact him yesterday to ask where I can get it and being kind of him, he offer to go and buy it for me. Thank you so much, friend. You help me survived for this coming 5 days trip.

Missing His Beloved Sofa....

Came home today to a gloomy Kiko. He kept meowwing something which he rarely did unless something is wrong such as just got home from cat sitter's house after few days being apart from mummy and daddy.

Today he did it again. He usually does that if he wants new biscuit but today even food doesn't shut him down.

After quite some time I realize maybe it's because of the sofa that we have thrown away today.


Kiko's final bonding with his sofa last night...he seems to understand that we wanna let it go, keep holding to it with such a sad face T____T


The sofa which has become his fav spot where he would rest & climb to every time he wanna mummy to massage him. Plus, it has become his scratching spot. Poor little one...mummy doesn't know it would effect him so much. Like a baby who lost their bantal busuk. Am so sorry dear. Mum and dad thought it was time for us to let it go since it has holes and koyak rabak like a bantal pecah due to your daily scratches. It looks so bad. If we've known that how much you love it, we would not have thrown it away. But it do helps save our tiny home space.




Mum will try to find u another scratching post okay. Til' then, do hold on to mummy. Mummy will always be there for you. Please stop mourning, dear. I can't stand your meowwing since I know it's a sign of u feeling not so comfy...

And now mummy is extra emo...

Humble Lunch Menu

After days of heavy eating & gaining weight again of course, settled down with mihun sup & mangga for lunch today.

the soup is too oily but the mango is deli! Sweet despite the not so ripe look ^_^

Manic Monday (A Real One!)

It's Monday and of course it's a manic one as always but today it's a super duper manic one for me. Woke up quite late for work. Rushing in the dark and crash into a hole otw! Used to jump like that always but today it was so bad that it blown two of my tyres away! Costs me RM400!


Ohhh really mad at all those lorries, trucks, bulldozer or what-so-ever tha cause it!



Even lunch at Saba Restaurant for a colleague's farewell doesn't make my day a better one.

T____T


Moral of the story, be careful of all the lubang2 on the road. It may cost you something maybe not now but in the future.


Now, I do keep my eyes wide open to all those lubang for sure.

5S Day...

Finally after months of battling, the day has come. This is my first experience with 5S over 9 years in service and 3 different offices. It's very much annoying I must say and burdening. Yep, it's good to have a clean, clear, organized working environment but when you have so many things to do in your hand at one time, this kinda of thing turns out really annoying and stressful. Everything need to be tagged, organized, no habuk, not many items should be on the table....urghhh!

Very much like a hypocrite...

Enjoy and get the 5S feel!!!

Our 1st Domino's!

^_^ funny but true. We only use to Pizza Hut and not others. Today decided to try out this one @ Mon't Kiara. Used to try it years before we were married but it seems not really delicious.

Today though it's a different story. This one is kinda interesting. We can choose 2 different pizzas in one regular pan & the breadstick are really soft & fluffy. Even the pizza itself is fluffier compared to Pizza Hut.

We opt for meat mania & bbq chicken. They didn't charge for service charge so they only serve us with paper plate & cup plus no sauce. Not sure whether it's becoz this branch are majoring in delivery service.

Anyhow, am gonna be back for more for sure 😁

One satisfied & full tummy 😆
