Hunting for Corelle

Mummy and daddy has actually been craving for Corelle sets for years! Their design are beautiful and it's really super light weighted! Been wanting this since our honeymoon in early 2008 but back then we can only afford to buy a set of Visions. Had felt in love with this purple simple flower design so mummy take the opportunity surveying our wish list while in Langkawi. Daddy is really crazy about the triangle sets that costs much that the usual round plate designs.

The survey that I made at Idaman Suri....

Triangle set of 12 pieces @ RM339

A loose triangle plate @ RM40 per piece

A set of 20 pieces @ RM399. The saucer and its plate alone costs more than RM50 if buy loose!

A never seen set including 4 glasses @ RM200+

And these were at Ismail Group...the price had no difference actually. Only that Idaman Suri has a set that comes with 4 glasses @ only RM200+ but when asked for it at Ismail Group, I was told that there were no such set with glasses. Wonder which one is real....

After lots of discussions, surveys, many telephone calls and mms, we finally opt for the daddy's fav...the triangle sets.


Last but not least, these are the target for next trip...heheheheee....so much angan-angan!
