Concorde Inn KLIA

Mummy and two friends were given a chance to represent our department for a course on assets in Concorde Inn KLIA, Sepang from 9-11 November 2011....

We were given superior room located at Terminal 5. What I envy the most about this hotel is this is the very first hotel that I've been into with a really large land and there's no lifts since all rooms are in ground floor! We actually drove from our class to our room on the first day not knowing there's shortcut if walking.

Only that since they have ironing room outside rather than room-to-room service, it was actually quite creepy especially if you're ironing alone at night. Terminal 5 is the very last terminal where there's undeveloped land with bushes and very much like a jungle at the back.

The room is quite okay with 2 single beds, a tv (even though not a flat screen tv). They also provide hair dryer in the bathroom.

Their meeting room aka our classroom is large, cozy and freezing cold! But on top of the list is their food @ Melting Pot Cafe! It was awesomely delicious with various kinds to choose from! There's sushi, spaghetti, local kuih, cakes, ice creams, breads, salads, jeruk, fruits and not forgetting our very own local nasi + lots of lauk to choose from. The food is absolutely amazing!

Concorde Inn KLIA is strategically located, only three minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport with its complimentary airport transfer. It is about 15 minutes away from the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) where taxis are available for hire from RM32.00 per way to the hotel. Guests can also take LCCT-KLIA airport shuttle which costs RM2.50 and then transfer to Concorde Inn KLIA's free shuttle service to get to the hotel.

This hotel will be really convenient for motorsports enthusiasts because of its close proximity to the F1 Sepang International Circuit where racing events such as F1, Moto GP, Japan GT and other races are regularly held.
