Macam kena sawan memasak pulak hari ni. Done with spaghetti, buat pudding pulak after Zohor prayer. Mostly because of the catuan air that suppose to start today for our Zone. Before putus bekalan air, better cook/prepare the 'food collection'.
Been introduced to this dish in 2011/2012 during my previous office Aidilfitri's celebration. A colleague of mine back then prepare this pudding for the Jamuan Raya and it taste really marvelous despite the layer tak jadi according to her. So we korek2 from her the recipe.
We got the recipe from this blogger back then, hanamemories. And I've been making it for a few times since then. First time is of course a little bit haywire with the layer tak jadi and so hard to wait for the layer to beku before layering another one and so on but after few times it become much more easier. Practice always makes perfect.
My output for today tadaaaaaa ^_^ much better in looks than before. Of course not going to be able to finish the whole talam since its only the two of us. Gonna take half of it to the office as usual.
