Operating hours
As posted in the previous entry, me & hubby went to Persatuan Peminat Kucing KL & Selangor after work today to buy Blackwood & to ask about their grooming services...interested in the article that I read in Utusan Malaysia online today regarding his grooming service together with flea treatment since Kiko is really having quite bad skin problem...scratching until bleeding, worried about him becoming thinner...he still keep scratching even though we have taken him to the vet...
We've been greeted by the manager cum owner himself, Mr. Rezan Tambi...a very nice guy who's willing to reveal & share quite a number of his experience & knowledge about cats with his 10 years experience...quite a lot that we learned from him today...
Abot
he also let us hold 2 of his cats...one of them is a mix persian named Abot (since I asked him what breed is Abot & how much does she costs....she looked so big & beautiful) that appeared in Utusan Malaysia (didn't know since online version is without pic)...when Mr. Rezan showed the article in Utusan, I was so impressed & quite dissapointed for not grabbing a copy of it...
He explains to us what's good & bad for our babies...among them are the itchy & scratching is because of pest/hama that cannot be seen so need to spray them with frontline & also used medicated shampoo to prevent it...
He also told us that he had asthma but he's living with 80 cats without any health problem...according to him, it's not the fur that made the asthmatic person getting worst but the pest/hama in the cats so need to control that in order to live happily with cats...
Other precious info from him :
- Don't bath cats more than twice a month
- Never ever feed cats with fish since fish attract more hama
- It's much better to use used paper as litter rather than those produced litter that may harm cats because of their chemical ingredients contained to reduce odour & hama really likes to live in the used litter (no wonder Kiko is having a bad skin prob...he's the indah water in the house...his hobby is digging and kambus eventhough he's not peeing/pooing....I guess Kiko is the extra clean type aka ada penyakit was2 & x puas hati...asyik nk cium litter tray jer)

Treatment of fleas RM25 for frontline spray
Neutering/Spaying RM120 regardless the gender male/female
Boarding RM15
