Still Wide Awake....

Am still making research for this weekend's assessment. So many things to catch up and I don't even know what topic are going to be given for discussion and presentation. Somehow I do miss my previous workplace. No matter how busy but still manage to find the time and make sure I keep up to date with the daily news. What to do, just need to bear it and keep moving on. Thankful that I do have job while others are struggling to find one. FIGHTING!

Preparing Myself

After 3 days in Langkawi attending course, decided to take leave today to prepare myself for tomorrow's assessment. Cold feet when friends messaging of what she has prepared while me still totally unprepared due to the workload. Dig my textbook back in Arau for reference on public speaking, they do come in handy without me knowing. Thank God that I still have it. All the best to me! I'll try to do the best despite the time constraint to prepare. Life is full of challenges, we just got to get through it!

Going Home

Am waiting for flight to KL...really enjoying my time here. This place is so beautiful esp the ocean. A soothing and heart warming hearing to the sound of the sea. Really wish dad is here, walking holding hands @ the beach : ). Tq Langkawi for your hospitality! I'll be back! Heaven for shopping and putting the soul @ ease.

Final Day in Langkawi

After 3 days attending the course, it's time to go home today. Tq boss for giving me the chance to attend this interesting course and upgrade my knowledge.

Arrived @ Langkawi noon, check in and straight to ironing which is not provided in room but outside @ corridor which is absolutely hot! Since I can't really stand the heat and wanna it to be quick, look what the iron did to my baju kurung! Huuuu....that's what i hate the most when travelling. Moral of the story, do bring your own iron on any trip to save your clothes from burning again and again....

Shoe Hunting

It's less than a week to the Auditor's Assessment Centre so need to hunt for sport shoe for the physical test. Thank God that New Balance is having a sale up to 50%! Opt for this one, a light-weighted. Not one actually but two since daddy also want it too. Our first couple shoes 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓. Wink2! Hopefully it's gonna help me get through the tests. Aminnnnn...

Last Day in Batu Pahat

As much as this place is a really nice place to be and a heaven for food, still I can't wait to go back home. Miss my babies so much! I'm going home...I'm going home...tell the world I'm going home....Let the rain wash away all the pain of yesterday....lalalalaaaaaa

Poison Mee?!!!

A specialty here in Batu Pahat and a must have, said my colleague. Something called Mee Racun, some sort of combination of mee bandung and gear box. The special one comes with gear box. I was so stuffed with the nasi beriani that we had for lunch so didn't try this one. Plus, I'm not really into gear box...But all of the said that it was delicious!

Yep, Batu Pahat is really a heaven for all kind of food! Gonna be suffering if craving ^_^ Need to travel for 3 hours lorrrr!

We've been talking about nasi beriani Johor for days and today we got it for lunch. Thanks to the mgt! It was awesome!

Dinner Day 4 @ Katerina

A disappointing one for me...ordered their spagheti aglio-aglio @ RM21 but it turns out to be tasteless! Humble Chef's version is much better @ only RM5! My colleagues local dishes however are delicious...

Nasi Lemak for Dinner!

Totally a rare one for me! Hardly took rice for dinner but since it's a must have, I just go with the flow. It turn out so nice that I finish all my portion! A surprise to my colleague since I'm quite a picky eater and hardly finish my part since arriving here. See how happy they are!

Wasted!

😭😭😭😭😭 so silly of me! We're provided free wifi for a day by this hotel to be activated within 12 hours after check in but I mistakenly took it as within 24 hours. So confident, it's okay, I'm going to activate it after work today...daaaaaa! Huh! Silly! 😡 Wasted!

Tea Break @ Katerina Hotel

Katerina Hotel currently has promo for online booking. One of it is we are entitled to RM20 voucher per day for food and beverages so tried their menu for tea break today. Mine was fish & chips @ RM19 and chocolate milk shake @ RM12. Ended paying only RM11 instead of RM31😍! However for me, the food is just so-so. Manhattan's Fish Market's version is much better. Anyhow, credit must be given to their milk shake. As what my boss said, if it's not for the voucher, I doubt we're going to dine in this place 💘 Totally true!

Day 1 Dinner @ Batu Pahat

We're so lucky to have a colleague who comes from Batu Pahat that he can showed us the best makan place here. Tonight he brought us to Kedai Makan Kwang Ah, an eatery which has a halal certified certificate. According to him, the popular menu here is Mihun Hailam so we tried that one. Plus satay daging and satay hati ayam which was so nice! Drooling!

Apart from showing us the best makan place, he even treat us to the dinner tonite! Tq so much!

Batu Pahat

Safely arrived in Batu Pahat, Johor after 3 hours drive from KL. My first one here. Never been to Johor, tq to official duty that it give me the chance to step my foot here and get to know this place.

Dreams Unlimited

Felt in love with this one after trying it last Monday while accompanying a colleague to buy a comb @ Body Shop in Maju Junction. Since I'm going for outstation for a week in Johor, decided to buy it for its small bottle, convenience to take anywhere. Plus, saw that it has 10% discount for Body Shop members but unluckily mine was already no longer in use due to not buying a minimum amount of their item per year. So bought it @ its original price of RM85...

A Bling2 Pink Monday

Wearing and showing off my new bling2 tudung bought when balik kg a couple of weeks ago (^_^). Keep thinking whether wannna wear it. Feels like it's over with the bling2 but I like it so much. Looks so cute to me so I juz wear it. Somehow most are attracted to it and keep asking me where I bought it...heheheeeee....

There goes all the shyness...

I bought two of them back home. It's a bawal, really easy and comfortable to wear. It's gonna be a waste if I'm not wearing it (^_^)

Since I'm really in love with it, gonna add to my current collection in the future.
